Not only is the Women of Global Change a service organization, but it is also a network to support like-minded leaders in being active participants for the change they wish to see in the world. Les Brown, one of the WGC Ambassadors stated, “The Women of Global Change organization has managed over the years to create an environment where people can find the tools, the nurturing, the support and the encouragement to make a difference on this planet.” The Women of Global Change was founded by Dame Shellie Hunt, and the WGC has had a power impact on the lives of people all over the world. “It’s amazing to see leaders come together to create projects far bigger than we could ever do alone,” says Dame Shellie Hunt.
One of the most important events of the organization’s activity is the WGC International Adventure Summit, where men and women gather for a once in a lifetime opportunity. This event includes a five-star experience, adventure and global business network. The world’s best leaders and speakers have gathered to help the movement expand its network. People from United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Pakistan, Canada, Germany and much more have united in order to celebrate the spirit of what Women of Global Change stand for in assisting positive progress and change for ourselves, our communities, and the future generations.
