Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants, a leader in modern casual dining and home to the largest wine club in America, is excited to announce the purchase of global product ownership rights for products from Travaso Fine Wine Decanters. As a result, Cooper’s Hawk will be the sole owner of the Grapevine and Gemini products, which are hallmarks of the Cooper’s Hawk dining experience.

“We're thrilled to give our guests access to these brilliantly designed products,” says Cooper’s Hawk Founder and CEO, Tim McEnery. “The tabletop decanters are perfect examples of form following function: the product is engineered to provide exceptional aeration, enhancing the flavor and enjoyment of red wine, and its design adds style to any occasion.”

The acquisition fits in with the expansion of the Cooper’s Hawk brand, as it moves beyond dining and becomes a part of guests’ lifestyle. The company’s affinity with its Wine Club members is unparalleled – many of who seek to bring elements of the Cooper’s Hawk experience into their homes.

The “preferred red wine aerator decanter of the stars”, the Gemini and Grapevine wine decanters have been featured in In Touch Magazine and The Today Show.
Both products utilize a glass bubble to expose a super-thin film of wine to the air, which allows the wine to breathe more quickly than decanting into an ordinary carafe. The sphere is partially filled with water, which not only provides extra weight for stability, but also enables the wine to be brought to an optimal temperature during the decanting process. The aerated wine flows through a filter and then into the glass cone where it can be dispensed with ease.
