Cadre Scheduling announces the launch of a historic first candidate marketplace uniquely built for the needs of contingent talent that also enabling employers to maximize Work Opportunity Tax Credits by connecting them with job seekers most in need of work. This launch will be celebrated at a ribbon cutting event at the new offices of Cadre Scheduling in the Twin Cities Innovation District on December 1st at 10:00 am

The new candidate marketplace enables both job seekers and employers to extend their reach in an unparalleled way by eliminating the unnecessary traps of traditional job boards.

Cadre Scheduling, a cloud based platform used by employers of contingent talent, launches its interactive candidate marketplace designed specifically for the needs of this mobile workforce on December 1, 2016 to more effectively and affordably connect employers with candidates actively seeking temporary, project-based, temporary to hire, contract, or freelance work. Cadre Scheduling will release this candidate marketplace on December 1st to improve the process for job seekers and employers in the gig economy.

Employers already use Cadre Scheduling to eliminate emails and to automate reporting with city ordinances mandating requirements for earned sick and safe, parental leave, predictable scheduling and other scheduling requirements.
