Amalto Technologies announces the release of a completely new user interface for its eBusiness cloud with a variety of new features, including workflow access, responsive design, and improved reporting capabilities.
Leveraging state-of-the art technologies, Amalto software facilitates the exchange of invoices and other important business documents between B2B Trading Partners in a quick, secure and cost-effective manner. The updated web user interface features a more modern, responsive design adaptable to any device. With the new collapsible menu, everything is one touch or one click away.
Customers are now able to access workflows and interact with the system by allocating tasks of the Invoice Automation to other users. They can review and trigger the campaign, as well as make changes to the invoice or documents being submitted if necessary. Users can receive messages and trigger action requests. They can approve, reject, PO response, delegate to someone. Documents can also be extracted and sent out to customers.
The update features improved user access with a single log in for each client's eBusiness Clouds through a web based user Interface. Users can allocate user rights for current users and create new ones, giving them the permissions to access and edit workflow, invoice allocation, and more. The process is now more secure as only Amalto will have direct access to them. The updated portal has the ability to save user preferences, providing a more customized look and workflow search results for each user. In addition, users can now download attachments associated with their invoice submissions.
Reporting has never been easier now that users have the ability to create custom reports that can be run at any time, and are constantly updated. Reports can be generated in different formats. These include Invoice Automation and DSO Analysis as well as any custom reports built at customer request. Reports can be printed or exported as pdf. The functionality of cross referencing tables have also been improved to provide easier access. Data can now be imported into the system and users can search, edit, and create new tables.
