Datum Technologies Chosen as the Restaurant Technology Provider for Earl Enterprises

While addressing the innovation summit at this year’s FSTEC conference, Chief Marketing Officer, Trish Giordano stated that Earl Enterprises made the decision months ago to outsource all of its IT to a company called Datum Technologies. “We’ve been very pleased with the Datum team.
