InSite Solutions Awards Fall Semester Scholarship To Clemson University Student
Wake Forest, NC (PRWEB) December 02, 2016 -- InSite Solutions, LLC, (DBA Stop-Painting) is pleased to announce the winner of its fall 2016 scholarship competition.
Dylan Thorpe, 20, a junior at the Clemson University, won the bi-annual award worth $1,000. Thorpe balances working as a resident hall advisor, serving in a leadership role as a community development assistant overseeing 20 staff members, and taking a full course load.
Those seeking the 2016 fall scholarship award were asked to write an essay, answering a writing prompt asking about the value of visual organization. In Thorp’s winning essay, she wrote of how her online calendar she creates assists in offering visual organization to her team. Thorp, with a course load of 20 hours this semester, says it’s imperative for her to have a visual aid to help her stay organized. Thorp’s visual calendar meets the needs of her coworkers and allows them to be productive and get the job done.
“Not only do my calendars/organizers give me the information I need, but the calendars calm me and assure me I CAN get it all done,” Thorp said.
