The firm has also appointed Sharon Wierzba as Director of Operations.

Wierzba possesses more than 16 years of operational, compliance, and administrative experience in the financial industry, joining Noyes from HighTower in Chicago, where she was Director of Operations. In that capacity, she was a key contributor with transitioning new advisor teams, and liaison firm wide across seven custodian and clearing platforms. Prior to that, she served as Complex Service Manager at Morgan Stanley, and started her career as a Client Service Associate with Smith Barney, one of the largest wire house financial firms in the industry. She is a member of NFA and holds FINRA Series 3,7,9,10,24,63, and 65 licenses.
