Lucernex has had 50%+ growth for the 4th year in a row and we are looking forward to our continued success in the Dallas metroplex.

Lucernex, a leading provider of Real Estate Lifecycle and Contract Management software, was recognized by the SMU Cox School of Business as one of the Dallas Top 100 growing companies in Dallas.

“We are thrilled to be honored along with some of Dallas’ best and brightest,” stated Joe Valeri, CEO and president of Lucernex. “Lucernex’s continued success comes from our amazing employees and their commitment to the success of our customers. Lucernex has had 50%+ growth for the 4th year in a row and we are looking forward to our continued success in the Dallas metroplex.”

To prepare for continued growth in 2017, Lucernex recently renovated their corporate office in Plano, TX to double the capacity. “The new office is a wonderful reflection of who Lucernex is as a company. The renovated space provides a hybrid of working environments, fostering collaboration and productivity,” stated Mike Nuzum, Lucernex chairman. “Everyone at Lucernex is excited about our newly designed office space.”

The Caruth Institute started the Dallas Top 100™ program in 1990 in order to honor the vitality and entrepreneurial spirit of emerging businesses in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. For the past 26 years, the Caruth Institute has annually ranked the top 100 Dallas entrepreneurial companies based on sales growth and absolute dollar growth over the previous three years. According to Caruth Institute data, this year’s winning companies collectively generated $3.7 billion in sales in 2015, and grew at an average annual growth rate of 96 percent per year for each of the last two years. The winners represent a broad spectrum of Dallas-area businesses—everything from information technology to healthcare and a wide variety in between. SMU requires companies to meet a number of criteria, including sales history, legal status, credit report and character, in order to qualify for the Dallas 100.

“We never cease to be impressed by the robust group of fast growing entrepreneurial companies that are represented by the Dallas 100 each year,” said Simon Mak, Ph.D., associate director of the Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship at SMU Cox. “These entrepreneurs have turned their dreams into reality, provided jobs for thousands, and collectively help make the Dallas Metroplex an economic powerhouse.”
