With more than 20 years of leadership in sales and sales management, business development, alliances, and channels, Palmer will direct sales efforts at OutMatch, focused on growing the company’s client base and revenue.
Palmer joins OutMatch after spending the past decade as a top sales executive at talent selection firm PeopleAnswers. He helped to grow the company from less than 10 employees to its acquisition by Infor, where he most recently served as Vice President of Sales, Healthcare HCM. Prior to that, he held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Marketing, at Merritt, Hawkins & Associates, a physician recruiting and consulting service.

Palmer received a bachelor’s degree from Wichita State University and earned his Masters in Business Administration degree from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
