Today Featured Customers released 2016’s Year End Business Intelligence Report to give company’s a better insight on which Business Intelligence software works best for their business. Domo, iDashboards, Dundas, & SiSense were among the Market Leaders in the year-end report, scoring high across all 3 Sentiment Scores that make up the Overall Vendor Sentiment Scores. A vendor’s overall sentiment score is reached through a weighted average of their Customer, Social, and Company Sentiment Scores.

Key Findings:

  •     Quality & Quantity – The Business Intelligence Field had the highest average Customer Sentiment Score of all the categories. The companies in this category not only had some of the highest quantities of Customer Success Content, but also a higher ratio of high quality content such as Case Studies & Success Stories.
  •     Crowded At the Top – There were 9 Market Leaders in the Business Intelligence Category, which makes up a slightly higher percentage than average. Those 9 companies alone had over 1500 pieces of Customer Success Content, which is more than the total number in some other categories.
