As Team Lead, Associates will manage a group of recruiters while continuing to recruit top-tier talent for the company’s clients. Team Leads are taking the first step into a managerial role, while balancing recruiting responsibilities and leadership tasks. This will prepare them to continue on their career trajectories to become Managing Partner where they will not only bill, but lead as managers in training and development of their teams, hiring and managerial tasks.
