In 2016, a wide range of new customers selected Kimble as the professional services automation solution to fuel their business growth. Kimble’s existing clients have grown by an average of 32% – well above the industry average. Kimble itself was named for the second year in a row both as one of the Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50, and the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA.
In one of the largest-ever PSA adoptions by an independent professional services company, an IT services provider to the investment banking industry rolled Kimble out to thousands of users globally. Canon Europe, a worldwide provider of imaging equipment selected and deployed Kimble across its increasingly service-led product business to drive increased discipline and efficient scaling.
In North America, where it is expanding particularly rapidly, Kimble has recently been chosen by a global top ten IT consulting firm, and a major pharmaceutical organization to manage their professional services projects. More news on this in the New Year.
Kimble continues to collaborate closely with its partners. The market leader for integrated accounting and payment systems, Sage, chose Kimble for its own professional services division, with the North American division leading the adoption. The close integration between Sage and Kimble products led to the duo being selected by several firms including PTS consulting as a winning best-of-breed combination. And Kimble announced it is among the first of Salesforce’s App Innovation Partners to enable its application with Salesforce Lightning, a new user interface.
