Largest Outpatient, Private Physical Therapy Provider in the Tri-State Area Expands in Suffolk County, NY

Every time we open a new clinic, we are not only reaching new patients and communities, but our clinicians benefit from continuous opportunities to learn and grow, through our esteemed Clinical Excellence program.

Professional Physical Therapy, a leading provider of physical therapy and rehabilitation clinics throughout New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, announces the opening of a brand new, state-of-the-art clinic in Hauppauge, New York, at 800 Veterans Memorial Highway on Monday, December 19, 2016.

Centrally located, and in the hub of Suffolk County, the Hauppauge clinic is adjacent to Route 111, and approximately one mile from the Long Island Expressway. This new clinic is just a short drive from Hauppauge Industrial Park, the largest industrial park on Long Island, where approximately 55,000 people are employed.

Tim Mauro, Partner and Regional Vice President of Clinical Operations at Professional Physical Therapy in Queens and Long Island states, “Following the successful launching of our Hicksville and Syosset clinics earlier this year, we’re thrilled to have expanded further east, in such a busy region, where thousands of employees can benefit from our services. In addition, our new clinic is in close proximity to five schools within the Hauppauge Union Free School District, and will serve as a trusted resource their student athletes and the local communities can count on.”

“The opening of our Hauppauge clinic is truly an amazing way to close out a remarkable year for us at Professional Physical Therapy. Every time we open a new clinic, we are not only reaching new patients and communities, but our clinicians benefit from continuous opportunities to learn and grow, through our esteemed Clinical Excellence program. We look forward to continuing this momentum as we head into 2017,” adds Don Demay, Chief Operating Officer at Professional Physical Therapy.

The opening of the Hauppauge clinic is Professional Physical Therapy’s 107th clinic, its 24th on Long Island and its 14th in Suffolk County, NY. For more information and a list of all of Professional Physical Therapy’s locations, please visit http://www.professionalpt.com.
