Donnie Brown of Tindall Corporation was recently recognized at the 2016 Southern Association of Colleges and Employers, Inc. (SoACE) conference with the Honorary Lifetime Achievement Award.

His dedication to creating a partnership between human resources and career service professionals has created a welcome environment for engineering students throughout the South.

Donnie Brown of Tindall Corporation was recently recognized at the 2016 Southern Association of Colleges and Employers, Inc. (SoACE) conference with the Honorary Lifetime Achievement Award.

“I am pleased he was able to be such an effective member of our team while head of HR,” said Greg Force, President and COO of Tindall Corporation. “His dedication to creating a partnership between human resources and career service professionals has created a welcome environment for engineering students throughout the South. We offer our congratulations to Donnie on this well-deserved honor.”

The SoACE is an organization comprised of human resources, college relations and career service professionals. The organization’s mission is to promote partnerships between career services professionals and employers by providing resources, professional development and networking opportunities to facilitate the career development and employment of students and alumni. It was formed in 2007 as one of the four regional associations created by the merger of the Southeastern Association of Colleges and Employers (SACE) and the Southwest Association of Colleges and Employers (SWACE). Brown has been active in the organization since its establishment and even served as the president in 2008.

“My membership in this organization has been extremely rewarding throughout the years and I’m thrilled to be recognized by SoACE,” said Brown. “I’d like to thank my friends and colleagues at Tindall for supporting my participation.”

Brown has more than 40 years of professional experience at various operational levels in human resource management and training and development. He served in Tindall’s human resources department for more than 15 years and holds several industry certifications.
