Realync, a cloud-based property touring platform, adds 3 key leaders and expands product functionality for the multifamily real estate space following its announcement of $1.1M in seed funding earlier this year.

“2016 has been an incredible year for Realync, from growing our team to partnering with some of the top multifamily owners and managers in the world.”

Following Realync’s announcement of $1.1M in seed funding earlier this year, the company has added 3 key leaders to its team including: Jeff Rade (formerly of Enova International), Vice President of Engineering; Jordan Easley (formerly of Octiv), Director of Operations; and Rachel Yockey (formerly of MOBI), Director of Customer Success.

The hires are in line with the Indiana Economic Development Corporation’s $650,000 in conditional EDGE tax credits based on the company’s plans to add up to 48 new jobs by 2020. Realync’s company headquarters is now located at Fort Benjamin Harrison in Indianapolis with a second tech-focused office in Chicago. The company has plans to add at least 7 more team members by the end of 2017.

Realync’s real time video platform has changed the way real estate professionals connect with prospects to tour a space. Built specifically for the unique needs of real estate, Realync empowers leasing and sales teams to instantly connect and interact with prospects via live virtual tours or cloud-based pre-recorded videos. Realync has helped leasing teams decrease their overall sales cycles while also increasing their conversion rates—simply put, it helps them sign more leases faster. The company has recently added several large multifamily players, is expanding into the senior and student living sectors, and is launching in CORT showrooms across the nation.

In addition, the platform now includes several critical product updates to better serve the multifamily industry. These new features include: fullscreen streaming in landscape mode, fullscreen playback, content embedding capabilities, ability to import clips into videos, and support for the Internet Explorer browser. These feature updates are a key component of Realync’s mission to simplify and streamline the touring process for real estate organizations of all sizes.

“2016 has been an incredible year for Realync, from growing our team to partnering with some of the top multifamily owners and managers in the world,” said Matt Weirich, Co-Founder, CEO of Realync. “Now that we’ve built an incredibly talented team, we are thrilled to continue innovating our platform and look forward to even bigger accomplishments in 2017.”
