The APEX Quality Award is awarded to those providers who have shown their commitment to excellence in patient satisfaction and quality of care.

SPH Analytics announced today that 78 healthcare organizations have earned the 2015/2016 National APEX Quality Award, including six facilities who are eight-time winners of the award. This national distinction recognizes outstanding healthcare organizations and care teams who have demonstrated the highest level of excellence in patient satisfaction and overall care in the 12-month evaluation period. Winners include ambulatory surgery centers, catheterization laboratories, diagnostic imaging centers, endoscopy centers, orthopedic centers, pain management centers, physician practices, therapy and rehabilitation centers, and urgent care centers.

APEX Quality Award recipients use EdgePerception™, an insightful patient satisfaction surveying and perception management solution. Winners are determined based solely on patient feedback and evidence-based success.

The 2015/2016 APEX Quality Award recognizes 78 healthcare organizations across nine healthcare markets and 31 states. Fifty-six of the winners are affiliated with management groups, while 22 winners are independent.
