This coveted list represents the superheroes of the U.S. economy. Their ranking reflects their abilities to capitalize on strategy, service and innovation. Eleven of the companies listed on Inc.’s annual ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America are Metro Detroit-based.

The key common denominator driving these organizations’ success is their Entrepreneurs’ Organization membership. A group of young entrepreneurs founded EO in 1987 with a goal of enabling business owners to learn from each other to ultimately grow their business success and enrich their personal lives. Today, this professional powerhouse is a peer-to-peer network of more than 12,000 influential business owners with 160 chapters worldwide. Mathews attributes much of his success to his EO membership having recently stated, “EO has been a platform that has allowed me to meet some exceptional business leaders in Southeast MI and also globally.  EO's vision aligns with my mine and has been a solid platform during my entrepreneurial journey.”

Forum enables members to extract entrepreneurial expertise from proven, powerful players they would not have the opportunity to obtain otherwise. Unlike most entrepreneurial mentorship programs, EO forums extend beyond business by enabling entrepreneurs to navigate the intersections between business, personal life and community engagement which enables members to attain fulfillment in all of their endeavors.
