Outspoken Media Group hires veteran radio and television personality Lorenzo “Ice Tea” Thomas, recognized as Urban Network Magazine’s Radio Air Personality of the Year and Radio Facts Magazine’s Jock of the Millennium as its new Director of Business Development. Thomas will apply his well-honed business acumen and extensive entertainment experience to identify strategic opportunities that will extend the reach of Outspoken Media Group.

Lorenzo Thomas is a highly talented radio/television personality with extensive experience in public address, television, radio, and sports announcing in the radio/entertainment industry. He has reported on all of the relevant information relating to the public as well as doing the critical writing and research for individual on-air prompts or discussions. In addition, he has experience in performing interviews or commentary for certain public events. Thomas also formerly worked at Black Entertainment Television (BET) as a Television Personality and Voice-Over Host.

In his new role, Thomas will utilize his expertise as a Miami Film School graduate to develop new film and television programming. He is a SAG-AFTRA actor and the CEO of Live from the Mia Radio, the #1 radio station in the country on Streema.com and #3 worldwide. His station recently broke DJ Khaled's new song For Free, the Bell Biv Devoe (BBD) new single Run, and introduced to the nation Matthew Knowles’ new girl group Blushhh Music. Lorenzo is a trendsetter who is way ahead of the masses in Internet radio and he brings those same talents and expertise to Outspoken Media Group. Thomas will be based in Miami, where he previously was an afternoon on-air radio personality at WEDR 99 JAMZ for 11 years.
