The Small Business Summit Presents "Think Global / Source Local" Event October 20

The 2016 Small Business Summit features globally renowned speakers including: “America’s Business Expert” Bill Walsh of Powerteam International, considered one of the top success coaches in the world. Lance Secretan, one of the most insightful and provocative global leadership teachers of our time from The Secretan Centre, and Dragon’s Den success story Claudia Harvey, Founder of On the Verge, a highly sought after international speaker, who will impart business-savvy advice. Also joining The Small Business Summit, Bassem Ghali, of Green Lotus, the 2015 Winner of Entrepreneur of the Year. After hearing from these and other keynote business speakers, visit the trade show floor to experience all that both our local and industry - leading experts have to offer.
In addition to the powerful line up of global speakers, the Small Business Summit will offer a focus on “Green Business Opportunities.” Hydro One and Enbridge will be on hand to share insights on sustainability, green business practices and will be joined by regional and local business suppliers and services. (The) OSME encourages and assists small and medium enterprises’ (SMEs) to participate in the federal government procurement process by providing information, counseling and training services. In addition, the Build in Canada Innovation Program (BCIP) managed by OSME helps companies bridge the pre-commercialization gap by procuring and testing late stage innovative goods and services within the federal government before taking them to market.”
