Having let the ink dry on the agreement signed December 30, On Top Visibility is announcing its new social media management partnership with a highly reputable, New York City-based recruiting firm, The Forum Group. The partnership officially began on January 1, 2016.

"We would like to announce our partnership with them in the area of social media marketing. This is a company with more than 40 years of experience within their industry; they're highly respected within their space. They have asked us to augment their social media efforts," said Vice President of Business Development and Operations, John Diaz. The Forum Group tasked On Top Visibility with leveraging social media as a tool to help accomplish their 2016 goals. Those goals include reinforcing their brand as an industry leader; building a strong community online to share best practices, and to also reach new businesses to increase their client and candidate bases.

The partnership with On Top Visibility marks an evolution in The Forum Group's traditional recruitment strategy by capitalizing on the new paths social media offers to reach a more targeted audience.
