Ms. Chapman is an Independent Consultant, specializing in cross-sector partnerships, programs and policies involving K-12, postsecondary education, business and workforce sectors to increase educational access and student success. Her higher education experience includes academic program and policy review, analysis and development at institutional, system and state levels. Her career entails working with provost, undergraduate deans, general education chairs and faculty in developing and revising academic programs and policies to align with national and international education reform movements.
