National Association of Professional Women Inducts Rose Drolett, Director Supply Chain of Waste Management, Into its VIP Professional Woman of the Year Circle

Ms. Drolett has over 30 years of experience as a Supply Chain Leader. Her areas of expertise include supply chain optimization, procurement, value analysis and strategy. She is currently Director of Supply Chain for Waste Management and oversees 17 area supply chain teams, as well as providing leadership to Category Managers, implementation of national supply chain projects, standardization of processes and supporting the enterprise wide roll out of P2P.
Prior to joining Waste Management, Ms. Drolett secured her reputation as an honest, capable businesswoman, previously holding leadership positions with Lyondell Chemical, Owens Corning, Hillenbrand Industries, Ingersoll Cactus and McDonald’s. She is a graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has CPM, ITIL and APICs certifications. She also has earned a Legal Studies Certification from Harvard.
“Aside from my career, I enjoy raising money and awareness for the causes I am passionate about,” she said. “I try to improve the lives of people with disabilities, support our veterans and military, as well as help trying to find a cure for breast cancer.”
