National Association of Professional Women Inducts Monique St John, Vice President, Accounting at Moody’s Corporation, Into its VIP Professional Woman of the Year Circle

Monique St John selected for her outstanding leadership and commitment within her profession

The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Monique St John as a 2015-2016 inductee into the NAPW VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in accounting. With 850,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters, NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women.

Self-motivated, results oriented and driven to succeed, Monique St John is a seasoned professional who has constantly set her goals to keep pace with her highest aspirations for personal excellence. Throughout her career, she has exhibited exemplary teamwork, expertise, integrity and dedication.

Ms. St John’s professional title is Vice President, Accounting at Moody’s Corporation. She has over 20 years of global accounting experience. She joined Moody’s in 2002 as an Intermediate Accountant and has worked in various progressive roles within finance during her 13 years at the company.

Today, Ms. St John leads a global team of 17 employees with responsibilities for Moody’s Corporation’s corporate accounting for cash, compensation and benefits, as well as Moody’s analytics’ global billing operations. She was one of three key employees nominated to represent Moody’s at the Executive Leadership Council’s Strengthening the Pipeline Conference in Miami, FL, in August 2015.

“My current goal is to pursue opportunities to advance diversity in leadership,” she said.

The unwavering dedication demonstrated by Ms. St John fully utilizes the aspirations for success that have earned her this recognition from the National Association of Professional Women, honoring her as an inspiration and a leader in her industry.
