Pacific Office Automation Predicts Continued Growth in 2017

The West Coast office solutions leader continues its upward trend with new partnerships and initiatives.

To kick off 2017, Pacific Office Automation held its annual meeting to review results of the previous year and plan for the year ahead. Over the past 40 years that Pacific Office Automation has been in business, it has reached a value of $285 million. In 2016 alone, the office solutions industry leader experienced 11% growth. The company attributes much of its success and growth to partnerships with well-known equipment dealers, hard-working sales and technical teams, and a dedication to employee wellness.

Pacific Office Automation considers its equipment dealers a major asset to the business, allowing sales reps to offer top of the line printers and copiers as well as IT and cloud services to its business customers. The company’s newest partner, Pitney Bowes, will help to further expand product offerings with postage meters and shipping solutions.

“With Pitney Bowes, we’ll be able to provide better solutions so our customers don’t have to spend time in post office lines,” said Pacific Office Automation president Doug Pitassi. “We’re excited to have them on board.”

Internally, Pacific Office Automation will also be focusing efforts in 2017 on employee health and happiness. As part of a new health initiative, the company will give out 800 fitness trackers printed with “Be Legendary,” the theme of the year. “We’re hearing good feedback about this,” said Pitassi. “We hope to make this aspect of our culture a selling point for prospective employees.”
