HubSpot, WordPress.org and Sitefinity were named Leaders in the report, receiving a strong customer satisfaction score with a large market presence.
CrownPeak, Drupal and Episerver CMS were named High Performers in the report, earning strong customer satisfaction marks with smaller market presence scores. WordPress.org earned the highest overall satisfaction score and the highest overall market presence score.
The Grid leverages customer satisfaction data reported by authenticated users along with vendor market presence determined from social and public data. Based on a combination of these scores, each software solution is categorized as a Leader, High Performer, Contender or Niche.
- The Enterprise Grid for Web Content Management includes only reviews from users at companies with more than 1,000 employees. WordPress.org holds a higher G2 score than Hubspot in the Enterprise Grid, whereas Hubspot led in the overall Grid. Sitecore moved from the Niche quadrant in the overall Grid to the Contender quadrant in the Enterprise Grid. Joomla moved from the High Performer quadrant in the overall Grid to the Niche quadrant in the Enterprise Grid, while Ingeniux did the reverse and moved from an overall Niche product to a High Performer in the Enterprise Grid.
