The Epilepsy Foundation software selection process encompassed a comprehensive review of available Nonprofit CRM systems which lead to an award for StratusLIVE.
In particular, The Epilepsy Foundation noted StratusLIVE’s ease of use, commercial Microsoft platform, capabilities in donor and transaction management, individual philanthropy best practices, and financial reporting as key factors which set StratusLIVE CRM apart from other competitors.

In our old software, many of the summary fields don’t tabulate properly, making it difficult for users to get the information they need without a lot of manual calculations. It is time-consuming for fundraisers to create work arounds with spreadsheets. The ability for our fundraisers to see accurate summary information about giving history and engagement health all in one view, even on their mobile devices, will significantly improve the efficiency of their work.”
The Epilepsy Foundation also noted comprehensive financial donation tracking, processing, and flexible reporting as critical in the decision-making process.
