Los Angeles, California (PRWEB) February 12, 2017
Known activist and County Councilman Tom Bibiyan has been cordially invited to speak at the upcoming event for NoDAPL. This will mark his third speaking event in the last year.
Says Mr Bibiyan, "Sure, I could keep issuing press releases on why I am such a great person. However, the message I bring resonates with so many people that I am honored and humbled to have been a part of so many events in the last year." Mr Bibiyan was also asked to be a guest speaker at the Rock Against Fascism show in downtown Los Angeles as well as the Rock Against Racism fundraiser in Sacramento in 2016.
About The Event At Muldoon's Saloon:
Local activists, musicians, artists, and revolutionaries will be teaming up with Veterans-Stand, real military vets who are still standing in between the police and Native American tribes as a buffer so the authorities think twice about the political and moral repercussions of their violent actions against peaceful protestors.
Veterans-Stand is now a legit 501(c) 3 non profit & they need to raise desperately needed funds and supplies to stop this pipeline.
We are throwing this FUNdraiser with the objective of continuing the struggle against the construction and completion of the Key Stone Pipeline through Native American lands which would seriously risk the integrity of the water that we all drink and well as the land they live on. Most scientists and physicians would conclude that contamination of either is a serious threat to public health.
Muldoon's Saloon will be donating a portion of all sales for the evening.
Featuring live music, art vendors, a raffle with legit items, food trucks, and of course alcohol, all donating a portion of proceeds from the night & straight into the hands of The Elders in the camps.
