ClickUp Attracts an Unprecedented Amount of Early Users
Palo Alto, CA (PRWEB) February 12, 2017 -- Click Up, a task management startup from Palo Alto, has reportedly seen a sudden increase in early adoption. The executives behind the startup say they’ve been surprised with the large amount of users switching from existing platforms.
“We’re really excited about the growth and are particularly interested in what has been causing people to switch. The top thing people have been citing has been the overall integration but in most cases people have some specific feature they like most. It’s usually different for everybody,” said Wes Brummette of Click Up.
The realization that different people needed different features came early in the project, which inspired the team to build the Multi-View Interface to ensure that all roles were able to be as effective as possible.
This insight expanded throughout the project and the startup became fixated on solving long-overlooked problems for different roles, primarily developers, designers, and managers.
Over time, the product team rallied they needed to build useful features for a range of possible use-cases.
Brummette, on the product team from ClickUp, said, “It became clear that we need to make sure we had lots of functionality that would solve problems in a magical way. Everybody needs different things so we had to make sure that no matter who was using ClickUp, they’d find things that they love.”
Click Up includes source control integration with GitHub to help developers manage their codebase, full company collaboration, as well as a suite of features to help designers and managers work together on design tasks.
