Vocalcom nabbed first place this quarter, counting 17 points for its media presence and 15 points in security as the biggest contributors to its total score of 73.

For the eighth consecutive quarter, Vocalcom has held onto the top spot in GetApp’s Category Leader ranking of the top Call Center software. Talkdesk followed in second place, while Aircall came in at a close third in the first ranking of 2017.

GetApp’s Category Leader ranking is designed to aid SMBs in selecting the best product for their business needs. It uses five data points to assess apps, including user reviews, integrations, mobile compatibility, media presence, and security. Each data point carries a potential of 20 points for a maximum total score of 100.

“Vocalcom nabbed first place this quarter, counting 17 points for its media presence and 15 points in security as the biggest contributors to its total score of 73. Talkdesk slipped into second place with a score of 61 and a perfect 20 for its security, while Aircall followed closely behind with 60 points and an 18 for its integrations to land itself in third place,” said GetApp Category Leader project manager, Suzie Blaszkiewicz.
