Zendesk retained its number one spot with a whopping score of 97 in Q1 2017.

Zendesk continues to lead the pack in GetApp’s Category Leader ranking for Customer Service software in Q1 2017. Freshdesk moved up to second place, while LiveChat remained strong to round out the top three.

GetApp’s Category Leader ranking is aimed at small business owners and decision makers looking for guidance when purchasing the perfect software for their business. The ranking considers five data points: user reviews, integrations, mobile compatibility, media presence, and security. Each data point is worth 20 points, for a maximum possible score of 100.

“Zendesk retained its number one spot with a whopping score of 97 in Q1 2017. An impressive 20 points for both its mobile app offerings and its integrations, as well as a 19 for its reviews, media presence, and security, contributed to its near-perfect score. Freshdesk had an impressive quarter too, with a score of 87 and 18s for its security, media presence, and integrations, while LiveChat followed closely behind with 86 points,” said GetApp Category Leader manager, Suzie Blaszkiewicz.
