ClickUp Shows Promising Signs of Early User Adoption
Palo Alto, CA (PRWEB) February 15, 2017 -- While the startup believed early users would likely be making the move into project management, they say they’re not opposed to making strategic adjustments as needed.
“We had been expecting a marketing push targeting a demographic that doesn’t use project management, but the early data we’re getting is telling us we may need to reconsider that. It’s never a good idea to stick to the wrong strategy, so we’ll be thinking extremely hard about what direction to go in next,” said Zeb Evans, CEO at ClickUp.
Click Up offers features that go beyond traditional project management tools, giving users full company collaboration, source control integration with GitHub, and an interface that can be tailored to each user.
The product emphasis at Click Up is to combine deep functionally in a simple, smooth package that lures users at any technical skill level.
Executives at the startup believe that this combination is essential if one wants to get noticed within the cluttered market of project management tools.
Evans added, “Everybody wants something different for their team, but everybody loves good design. We try to nail the key features, package them in a great design, and then include some great functionality on top that should really impress people.”
ClickUp will transition into a focus on user growth while they perfect their product based on user feedback.
