Chamberlain Hrdlicka Welcomes Matthew S. Olesh to Philadelphia Office
PHILADELPHIA (PRWEB) February 16, 2017 -- Chamberlain Hrdlicka is pleased to welcome Matthew S. Olesh to its Philadelphia office.
Olesh focuses his practice on a wide array of litigation, and brings with him a track record of success and obtaining favorable outcomes for clients. In addition to business litigation, he handles matters involving antitrust, bankruptcy, class actions, corporate governance, employment, environmental compliance and litigation, insurance, international law and business disputes, real estate and white-collar compliance and defense.
He is also dedicated to the community, public service and the legal profession on the whole. He currently serves as chair of the Young Lawyers Division of the Philadelphia Bar Association, where he oversees the implementation of programming that provides young attorneys in the city with opportunities for community service, legal education and networking. Through this post, Olesh serves as part of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s leadership team, as well as the board of the Philadelphia Bar Foundation and the Public Interest Law Center. He is a devoted advocate for the needy, having taken on pro bono cases in Philadelphia Family Court and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania his entire career.
Olesh is also an elected Committeeperson for the 30th Ward Democratic Executive Committee, a director and co-founder of the Friends of Chester A. Arthur School Education Foundation, the co-chair of the Philadelphia VIP Recruitment and Retention Committee, and the Vice Chair of the South Street West Civic Association.
Prior to joining Chamberlain Hrdlicka, Olesh was an associate at Fox Rothschild LLP where he focused his practice on complex commercial litigation. Before that, he worked as an associate at Dechert LLP. Olesh holds a bachelor’s degree from Emory University and earned a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
