Bob Thornberg, President and Founder of SweetPro Feeds has announced that Dr. Abe Scheaffer, PhD, has been hired as the Director of Nutrition and Technical Services.

For a ruminant animal, the basis for energy out of distillers grains is digestible fiber.

Dr. Scheaffer, PhD, 46, of Sheldon, Iowa, has had a long association with SweetPro Feeds, helping the company further the scientific understanding of its unique blend of fermentation-based livestock supplements and their importance to livestock producers.
