Inaugural survey reveals which women-led businesses to follow this year

The inaugural list, which highlights innovative, disruptive companies with strong female leadership, is based on a quantitative study conducted by Ivy Exec and its professional community of high-achieving, high-aspiring executives.

The 25 elite companies on this year’s list were narrowed down from more than 300 companies nominated, earning the highest marks from current and former employees that scored them across five criteria: culture, prestige, work, leadership and money. A testament to the company’s ability to unite under shared values and thrive during a period of unprecedented growth, Globalization Partners ranked number one overall in the disruptor category (recognizing companies founded after 2000) and in the work and money criteria. It also ranked second in both the culture and leadership criteria and fifth in prestige.
