More than 50 Schools Honored for Program Quality, Student Services

The Community for Accredited Online Schools, a leading resource provider for higher education information, has released its picks for the best colleges and universities with veterinary programs for 2017. Out of the top 26 four-year schools that were ranked, University of Georgia, Washington State University, University of Maryland College Park, Michigan State University and Kansas State University were the top. 28 two-year schools were also included on the list, with Barton County Community College, Western Nebraska Community College, Casper College, Western Wyoming Community College and Eastern Wyoming College taking the top five spots.

To earn a spot on a Community for Accredited Online Schools “Best” list, colleges and universities must be accredited, public or private not-for-profit schools. Each college is also analyzed based on the student resources they offer, student/teacher ratios, and additional metrics like graduation rates and financial aid offerings.
