KISS Smoking Goodbye - Multi-faceted approach to stop smoking.
Empowerment to stop addictive behavior is one of many of the applications of new and old tools that Psychological research has available for those ready to quit smoking.
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) April 04, 2017
Stop Smoking Class April 7 Offered by Dr. Carol Francis. 500,000 individuals per year die from complications associated to cigarette smoking. Since smoking is highly addictive and destructive, both physiologically and socially, the interventions to assist individuals is highly desirable. Typically, Dr. Carol Francis takes 1-6 sessions to help individual smokers stop, through hypnosis, nutrition, exercise, and habit cessation tools. While these and most tools for smoking cessation are between 30-60% successful, greater success can be accomplished when many tools related to brain entrainment, mindfulness, and neuro-biofeedback are added to the other tools being used. To assist a small group of individual smokers this week, Dr. Carol Francis is offering one 3-hour session of all these tools on Friday, April 7, 2017 11am to 2pm. Pre-registration is required to reserve seats and to begin the program online prior to Friday. Please contact Dr. Carol Francis at drcarolfrancis.com or 310-543-1824.
