Stop Smoking Class April 7 Offered by Dr. Carol Francis. 500,000 individuals per year die from complications associated to cigarette smoking. Since smoking is highly addictive and destructive, both physiologically and socially, the interventions to assist individuals is highly desirable. Typically, Dr. Carol Francis takes 1-6 sessions to help individual smokers stop, through hypnosis, nutrition, exercise, and habit cessation tools.
