Zendesk retained its number one spot with an impressive score of 97 this quarter.

Zendesk continues its reign in first place in GetApp’s Category Leader ranking for Help Desk & Ticketing solutions in Q2 2017. Freshdesk remained in second place, while LiveAgent held onto its third place position over last quarter.

GetApp’s Category Leader ranking provides SMBs with the resources to make informed decisions when purchasing software for their business. The ranking considers five data points: user reviews, integrations, mobile platforms, media presence, and security. Each data point carries a weight of 20 points, for a total potential score of 100.

“Zendesk retained its number one spot with an impressive score of 97 this quarter. A solid 20 points for its mobile offerings and integrations, along with 19s for its reviews, media, and security, helped it secure its top spot for another quarter. Freshdesk followed in second with an impressive total score of 85 and an 18 for both its media presence and security, while LiveAgent followed closely behind with 84 points and a perfect 20 in security,” says GetApp Category Leader project manager, Suzie Blaszkiewicz.
