Boulders made of genuine Indiana Limestone are a great element for designs in both residential and commercial landscapes and hardscapes.

Quarry boulders, the latest addition to Indiana Limestone Company’s Urban Hardscapes line, offers the company’s signature stone in three sizes of decorative, unfinished rock. This exceptional accent product fits many commercial and residential outdoor design requirements, including barriers, borders and outcrops where a natural, rustic look is preferred.

Large Boulders range in weight from 501 to 750 pounds each, medium from 250 to 500 pounds and small from 70 to 249 pounds. All are random color and grade quarry boulders in the company’s renowned Salem Limestone. The unique rustic character of the boulders may be expressed in color hue variations, mud-vein or drill holes, iron deposits or other individual features.

Boulders are sold by the ton, palletized and strapped with wire.

“Boulders made of genuine Indiana Limestone are a great element for designs in both residential and commercial landscapes and hardscapes,” said Indiana Limestone Company Product Manager Ben Wojcikiewicz.

“Whether it's an accent piece or being used as a physical barrier; our boulders can also echo the color pallet of Indiana Limestone architectural fenestration or other features, like wall caps or paving, to tie a design together.”

Wojcikiewicz also explained that Boulder builds on the inherent green nature of natural limestone, increasing the useful percentage of quarry output.
