In order to set the record to its customers and the marketplace, Checkster Inc, issues this statement regarding the final outcome of a lawsuit filed against Checkster by its competitor, Skillsurvey Inc., in 2015.

On April 6, 2017, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals in Washington, DC, issued its ruling in the case SKILLSURVEY, INC. v. CHECKSTER LLC , No. 16-1994 (Fed. Cir. 2017) summarily affirming the dismissal of Skillsurvey's lawsuit by the Eastern District of Pennsylvania trial court in 2016, and reiterating that Skillsurvey's patent was invalid and therefore unenforceable.
