Ted Angevaare joins SecurityMatters’ advisory board after having spent more than 35 years in various roles within Process Control & Automation and Process Security at Shell. After an extensive career as a Global Team Leader with Shell, creating and applying Shell’s first standard on Process Control Security, Mr. Angevaare brings a wealth of knowledge and experience of the Oil & Gas industry to the rapidly evolving SecurityMatters.
Mr. Angevaare started his career as an Instrument and Operations Engineer and has worked in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and South America. During his more than 35 years with Shell, Angevaare was responsible for managing and leading global teams, and implementing new standards for the industry. As Team Leader and Global DACA Manager, Mr. Angevaare led a team of experts in deploying Process Control Security for Shell Upstream and Downstream Manufacturing.
Mr. Angevaare’s role on the advisory board of SecurityMatters will be to provide insight and advice on the direction of the company’s growth in the Oil and Gas industry, as SecurityMatters continues to expand and develop as an industry leader. As the newest addition to the board Mr. Angevaare brings priceless wisdom of Process Control and Automation Security that cannot be taught in a classroom.
