EchoSage and Alexa expand the reach of the agency expert while providing the same conversation and advice the human expert would give in person or on the phone.

“It is important to always stay current with technology, and this is an exciting new way for prospective customers to connect with us,” said Christopher Cook, owner of Alliance Insurance Services.
In the Alliance Insurance North Carolina car insurance quoting skill, Alexa asks questions of the Amazon Echo user to get the information needed to give a quote. EchoSage passes data to a third party rating engine. Alexa receives the response from the rating engine and Alexa tells the user their price and coverage details.
In addition to giving a quote, Alexa answers North Carolina specific insurance questions about the quoted coverage. Quotes, answers to questions, and other insurance related information are stored in the Alexa phone app for later reference.
You can add this skill to your Amazon Echo using the phrase “Use Alliance Insurance.”
Christopher Cook says “EchoSage and Alexa expand the reach of the agency expert while providing the same conversation and advice the human expert would give in person or on the phone."
Duke Williams, EchoSage co-creator, says “Voice computing and conversational commerce are the next giant leap forward in the insurance agency interaction with their customers and prospects. EchoSage tools allow all insurance companies and agencies to participate in the benefits of this movement.”
