New Anti-Street-Racing Strategy Set To Coincide With the Release of the Fate of the Furious
Sylmar, CA (PRWEB) April 14, 2017 -- MotorGospel Ministries is pleased to announce the latest development in their effort to see young people make it to adulthood without killing themselves or anybody else. Los Angeles-based Rydell Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in cooperation with MotorGospel Ministries and the National Auto Sport Association are offering one day of extreme driving instruction at Auto Club Speedway free with any new Dodge Hellcat purchased from Rydell between April 14th and 21st.
The idea came about in a conversation with veteran racing announcer Bob Beck after a Racers Panel Discussion sponsored by MotorGospel in cooperation with the LAPD Central Traffic Division Street Racing Task Force.
In the words of MotorGospel President, Pastor Aaron Schwartzbart, "Bob and I were bemoaning the fact that unlike organized illegal street races, the impromptu speed-related incident on the freeway is virtually impossible to predict but just as deadly or even more so. Bob suggested that anybody buying a high-horsepower car should be encouraged to get a day of training at the race track to see how quickly control can be lost with irreparable consequences. It has been my experience as a 3-time champion race car driver and driving instructor that a little track time goes a long way when it comes to producing sober, mature drivers."
Together, Rydell, MotorGospel Ministries and the National Auto Sport Association are making the community a safer place.
It is hoped that this new paradigm for dealing with spontaneous speed-related incidents will catch on nationwide and save lives in the process.
