TrackCore's latest software, TrackCore Interventional, went live at Dignity Health St. Joseph and Medical Center this month.

TrackCore Interventional was designed to control costs and improve patient care through implant and consumable tracking from any vendor. The software has the ability to record warranty replacements and credits as well as provide automated recall alerts in real-time. TrackCore Interventional is fully integrated with RFID-enabled enclosures featuring improved time management and inventory control without human intervention.

Christina Dawson, a Materials Coordinator for Dignity Health Saint Joseph states; “We have used TrackCore Operating Room for years and are excited to have implemented TrackCore Interventional in our Cath Lab space. This new software will help us automate and manage our implantable items such as pacemakers, AICD’s, and stents as well as our consumable inventory. The new warranty tracking workflow will enable us to compliantly track product, manage credits and issue updated billing for replacement implants. The real-time scanning feature in the room will decrease manual documentation and help us with patient charge capture.”

TrackCore, Inc. as a company continues to grow and invest in its products to meet the needs of both current and new customers to provide a singular tracking platform that maximizes operational efficiencies. Alan Brander, Vice President of Sales and Clinical Services for TrackCore, Inc., states “Dignity Health is a tremendous partner and we are excited to expand TrackCore, Inc.’s industry-leading software into the Interventional/Cath Lab/EP Departments. This was a natural progression at the Dignity Health St. Joseph Hospital since they are currently utilizing the TrackCore Operating Room software for tissue and implant tracking. The software at Dignity Health is also fully integrated with Cerner to eliminate dual documentation, increase staff efficiency and improve overall accuracy for the nursing and materials management staff.”
