Taking place April 19-21 at the beautiful Aria Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, NV, Encounters will feature many sessions with NOVAtime system experts, providing education in NOVAtime best practices, configuring your system to be optimized for your business, and legal issues surrounding workforce management / time and attendance. Two of the sessions focusing on legal issues will be hosted by Marie Davis, Esq. of the Landegger Baron Law Group, an expert in employer law. The first of these sessions, titled “ADA, FMLA, & Intermittent Leaves”, discusses an issue NOVAtime's own comprehensive FMLA solution addresses. The second “How to Handle Workplace Investigations / Complaints of Harassment,” is an important topic for any HR professional or business owner. Both sessions are eligible for HRCI and SHRM recertification credits for all attendees.
