Fort Myers Beach to Host Second Nauti Parrot Location
Fort Myers Beach, FL (PRWEB) April 16, 2017 -- Nauti Parrot Tiki Hut (North Fort Myers) is opening their second location this Spring, which is to be called Nauti Parrot Dock Bar. This family-owned restaurant opened their first location two years ago in Marinatown, an area known as a revolving door of restaurants over the past decade. Owner Ken Geib and family have made this location a hot-spot for restaurant goers throughout the Cape Coral and Fort Myers area. What the restaurant seems to do well is their more than affordable Super Happy Hour (Buy one Get one Drinks), Daily Live Entertainment, Waterfront View, Quick Service and Tropical Atmosphere.
The second location on San Carlos Island has been a host to a variety of restaurants the past six years such as Channel Marker, Nauti Turtle, Luna Rosa, Dock O’ The Bay, and most recently, Boot-Kicken. Owner, Ken Geib, states that he is not phased by this seemingly “cursed” location. Geib states, “Offering a different experience than the typical beach restaurant is our goal. We want to offer a product that has value for the Florida local and seasonal snowbird alike.”
Geib has brought in a Chef from their home state of Pennsylvania. Chef Scott Deibert has owned restaurants in the Philadelphia area and has most recently been Chef to the Philadelphia Phillies. Chef Scott is going to stay true to the Key West seafood theme but promises to “bring a global menu driven by local ingredients.” In addition to seafood, the menu will include items such as steak, angus burgers, gourmet flatbreads and pizza.
Previous locations faced a myriad of issues such as parking shortages and attracting beach-goers before heading to their destination across the bridge. Geib stated he already has fixed the parking issue by working a deal with the lot across the street, more than doubling parking space and plans to shuttle patrons using a six seater golf cart or “Nauti Parrot Shuttle.” Geib wants to pull in patrons with affordable pricing, an all star menu and live entertainment. Plans are currently in motion to host events such as fishing tournaments, hospitality nights, and dock parties for boat-goers to become a proclaimed, “First and Last Stop on the Beach.”
