Runway for Peace is special because it carries a positive message of the city's need for change, and inclusion, regardless of race, religion, gender or physical challenges” states Anthony Simons, the event’s organizer. At a time when images of violence play out daily on TV and in social media, it becomes evident of the need to come together in order inspire change for the future generation.
