Former ALSAC - St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital’s Director of Learning and Organization Development Joins F&H Solutions Group

As a certified executive coach and leadership facilitator, Gusmus will help support the firm’s growing engagement, organization development, leadership and training areas of the business.
Prior to F&H Solutions Group, for almost two decades, Gusmus gained significant coaching, program development, leadership, and organizational development expertise at ALSAC/St. Jude, one of the most highly regarded organizations in the world. At ALSAC, Gusmus was instrumental in helping develop its high potential leadership development cohort program as well as many other leadership development programs. She helped grow a pervasive 360 feedback and coaching culture throughout her tenure. Finally, she served in a key role assisting with culture development and saw ALSAC score exceptionally well in the Great Place to Work survey in recent years. She will bring that experience and expertise to further strengthen F&H Solutions Group’s employee engagement practice.
