A number of new instruments have recently emerged to accommodate different applications and highlight new technological advances. This webinar, which is part of the Protein and Cell Analysis Education Webinar Series, will focus on advances in the Invitrogen™ Attune™ NxT Flow Cytometer and outline where this technology fits in current and future applications.
Many flow cytometers have unique capabilities and the Attune NxT Flow Cytometer is no exception. For example, the combination of traditional hydrodynamic focusing and acoustic-assisted hydrodynamic focusing allows the Attune NxT Flow Cytometer to achieve some unique tasks such as very high sample flow rates with exceptional CVs.
Webinar attendees can expect a thorough discussion on the development and evolution of the core acoustic focusing technology used in the instrument. Additionally, the discussion will also include a comparison of hydrodynamic and acoustic-assisted hydrodynamic focusing in key flow cytometry applications, highlighting the unique benefits provided by the Attune NxT Flow Cytometer.
Dr. J. Paul Robinson, SVM Professor of Cytomics and Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Purdue University will be the speaker for this informative webinar.
Dr. Robinson received his doctorate in Immunopathology from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. He is currently the Director of the Purdue University Cytometry Laboratories at Purdue University. He is a past President of the International Society for Advancement of Cytometry, is the Editor- in-Chief of Current Protocols in Cytometry and Associate Editor of Histochemica et Cytobiologica.
LabRoots will host the webinar May 3, 2017, commencing at 10:00 a.m. PDT (1:00 p.m. EDT). To learn more about this event, the continuing education credits offered, or to register for free, click here.
