In addition to redefining its next-level solutions for independent practices, the company has brought on industry-experts, Ron Gleitman, PhD, as VP of Sales and Practice Development and Catherine Richardson, MA, F-AAA, as Outside National Sales Director.

Catherine comes to EarQ with a wealth of experience in hearing healthcare and is familiar with the needs and challenges of today’s practice owners. She holds a Master's in Audiology from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, worked as area sales director for Widex USA, and later owned her own practice.
Ron earned his Doctorate of Philosophy in Audiology from Purdue University in 1992. He has worked in clinical settings, owned his own practice, taught at universities, and worked with major brands in hearing care. For the past six years, Ron served as Vice President of Development at Signia/Siemens Hearing Instruments Inc, in Piscataway, New Jersey. Throughout his career, he has been invested in private practice audiology and building businesses.
