AppConnect is now available for all Talkdesk customers, with an initial offering of more than a dozen apps, including PlayVox, a Quality Assurance software that allows businesses to monitor and improve customer service interactions across multiple communication channels. Starting today, Talkdesk admins can integrate PlayVox’s capabilities to their contact center with just a single click. Like all AppConnect tools, PlayVox is available as a free trial with a pay-as-you-go system in place after the trial.

By integrating with Talkdesk, PlayVox allows customers to bring all their Talkdesk calls to PlayVox, filter specific interactions, create scorecards to easily evaluate the quality of those interactions and generate advanced reports to easily identify areas of improvement.

PlayVox brings all the features needed, to efficiently run an entire QA program in one centralized place.
